How To Use ?
Chyavanaprash should be consumed daily for the best results. Adults are recommended to consume 1-2 tablespoons of Chyavanaprash with milk once or twice daily. Children are recommended to have around ½-1 tablespoon with warm milk 1-2 times daily.
